Traveling with PugsleyTonks

Traveling with PugsleyTonks is about the pursuit of that little slice of Americana. It's not big name or high-cost tourism. PugsleyTonks likes to find that little known tourist trap…that diamond in the rough attraction…the hole in the wall restaurant…or the special dive bar serving PBR. So, please come and join me in my search for Americana. All are welcome and its really just good, clean travel fun. PT

I guess The Nap – Indianapolis. The pic makes it look like a wall, but in the center is a brick inscribed with 500 mile race, so I suspect it has something to do with Indy 500. If correct do I get a prize?

I understand from the post and speaking with PT that Indianapolis is not considered a correct answer.
PT – please consider this an official appeal to the higher authority…in this filing I contend that Speedway is an enclave of Indianapolis and both are correct. Please have your legal team contact mine.

Speedway, IN, was incorporated in 1926. This town collects taxes, governs itself and has a population over 13,000. Speedway is its own town. An “enclave” only means that it’s completely surrounded by a larger entity I.e. Indianapolis. As another example. Vatican City is an independent country…as well as an enclave to Italy.

Based on overwhelming evidence, your appeal is denied. Unlike SCOTUS, this appeal board is not bought and paid for by billionaire Republicans. Therefore, our rulings are beyond reproach.

I stand corrected. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to PT!
